By becoming a seller on BizB, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.
Exclusive Listing
Once the availability of an item is confirmed for sale on BizB, the seller agrees not to sell the same item elsewhere.
2.
Commission Structure
Bizb.store follows a tiered commission model based on the level of support provided to sellers. The applicable commission percentage will vary according to the services availed by the seller, as outlined below:
- a. Self-Onboarding Sellers – 20% Commission: Sellers who register themselves and list their products independently on Bizb.store will be charged a 20% commission on each sale. In this case, Bizb.store is only responsible for arranging order pickups and payments.
- b. Assisted Listing Sellers – 25% Commission: Sellers who share product images and details (but do not handle their own registration or listings) will be charged a 25% commission. Bizb.store will complete the seller registration, upload product listings, and manage pickups and payments upon order confirmation.
- c. Bulk Inventory Sellers – 30% Commission: Sellers who send their inventory in bulk to Bizb.store (either on their own or upon Bizb's request, including for events or sales) will be charged a 30% commission. Bizb.store will handle product handling, storage, listings, order management, and logistics.
3.
Accurate Listing
Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date listing information. If a product becomes unavailable or is sold elsewhere, it is mandatory to update the status on the website. Misleading information may result in blacklisting after 3 instances.
4.
Quality Assurance
Sellers are expected to provide quality products. If a product fails to pass the quality check process and is rejected, the seller will be responsible for covering the full delivery charges and packaging fees to have it returned. Otherwise, the product will be discarded. If a seller receives more than 3 instances of defective items reported by buyers, the seller may be blacklisted from using the platform.

Product Pickup
When a product is sold, our team will promptly contact the seller to coordinate the pickup process. A third-party courier, arranged through our reference, will handle the pickup from the seller's location. To facilitate our sellers, the pickup cost will be shared equally: the seller will contribute 50% of the cost, amounting to Rs. 150 per order, while BizB will cover the remaining 50%.
If a seller's address is located in a non-serviceable area for the courier company, the seller will be required to ship the parcel to our address using their own means within two days of receiving the order. In this scenario, to support the seller, BizB will cover 50% of the shipping charges incurred, while the seller will contribute the remaining 50%.
6.
Payment Processing
Payments for sold items will be processed within 5 working days from the date of successful delivery to the end customer.
7.
Returns Management
In case of buyer-initiated returns, sellers have the option to request BizB to hold the returned item and attempt to resell it. BizB will keep the inventory for 1 month and will charge a commission of 30 percent after selling that product, after which, if not sold, the item will be returned to the seller and the seller will be liable to pay a discounted delivery fee.
Please review these terms carefully before listing your products on BizB. Your compliance with these terms ensures a smooth and mutually beneficial partnership. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in penalties or suspension from using the platform.
